  Mimi makes things happen! I wanted a property that was not a typical home sale. Another Realtor would have said that it couldn't be done. Mimi worked hard to make it happen. When various financing sources said no, she didn't quit until ultimately, (through a general contractor in her network) we found a financing source. She surrounds herself with knowledgeable professionals. It isn't just Mimi that you're getting as a Realtor, but also this vast network of professionals that she surrounds herself with. This sale wouldn't have happened without her people. Voraciously learning. When this type of sale was a bit different from typical, she sourced a professional who has more experience in this type of matter to make sure that she did everything right. She did get it right, and now she knows this area too. Fast and effective. I met her one day and the next day we went to the property. In weeks, I was under contract, even given the unique challenges of this property. Communicative and professional. She's there when you need her; when I called because I was worried about some issue, she answered my call and explained the process from a professional standpoint. She works non stop; if someone wants to list their house, she drops her plans for the evening and does the work. She's got the soft skills that make clients comfortable. Mimi's joyful. She isn't grudging the work, the learning, the hours; she's enjoying it. It was a comfort and a pleasure to have Mimi Perez on my side.
